At Red Raider Outfitter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Gameday gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that certain limited edition releases and personalized merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your merchandise in its original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags and labels remain attached to the products.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
